These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Momentum Matrix subscription services, including signal groups, coaching, and related communication channels. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Subscription Packages

Momentum Matrix offers the following access plans:

  • Monthly (30 Days) – $150

  • Quarterly (3 Months) – $299

  • Half-Yearly (6 Months) – $499

  • Lifetime (Unlimited) – $999

All plans include:

  • Access to VIP Telegram and WhatsApp signal groups

  • 25–35 trading signals per month

  • Market analysis and support

  • Monthly webinar access

  • 24/7 general assistance

2. Access & Delivery of Services

  • Access will be provided through VIP Telegram and/or WhatsApp groups.

  • Signals and market insights are delivered manually by our team.

  • No software, script, or indicator is included in the subscription.

3. Confidentiality & Sharing

You agree that:

  • Signals and educational content are for personal use only.

  • Forwarding, sharing, screenshotting, or publicly posting our signals is strictly prohibited.

  • Violation may result in immediate removal from all groups without refund.

4. Payments & Renewals

  • Subscription fees are due upfront before access is granted.

  • If you subscribed manually, it is your responsibility to renew before expiry.

  • If automatic payment systems are added in future, auto-renewal may apply.

  • Failure to renew on time may result in removal from groups.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • If you wish to cancel future billings, notify our support before your next renewal date.

  • Lifetime subscription also follows a strict no-refund policy.

6. Risk Notice & Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Trading financial markets carries significant risk.

  • Momentum Matrix does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or personalized recommendations.

  • Trading decisions are your own responsibility.

  • Momentum Matrix will not be held liable for:

    • trading losses,

    • missed trades,

    • technical delays,

    • or any damages resulting from participation in trades.

Signals are provided for educational purposes only.

7. Fair Use & Community Rules

Members must treat coaches, admins, and fellow traders respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove users violating rules, including:

  • spamming or disruptive behavior

  • abusive communication

  • unauthorized sharing of content

No refunds will be issued for removals.

8. Modifications to Terms

Momentum Matrix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
